The Read & Heal Book Club is a safe space for people, young and old, to:
– Explore mental health through stories
– Connect with others who may understand
– Process difficult emotions in a supportive community
– Discover that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling
How It Works:
Each month, members and a Blink facilitator read one book together, a fiction or memoir that explores mental health, resilience, identity, or healing. Then we gather virtually on the last Sunday of each month to discuss what resonated, what challenged us, and what we’re taking away, or you can just listen if you prefer. No judgment. Just good books and good people.
